LEADERSHIP + WELLBEING
On January 1, 2020, I launched a wellbeing campaign called “Let’s Live in the AND”. The purpose was to create conversations that centered around the fact that performance and wellbeing can coexist. I wanted to slow down and talk about getting clear about what is important to us, identifying the tradeoffs and making choices that would move us towards how we want to be and what we want to accomplish.
Little did I know that 2020 would be the year that the world would slow down due to the pandemic. Layer the racial reckoning on top of that and conversations around leadership and wellbeing became foundational to how we lived our lives.
